On Saturday 14th June Newquay Harbour hosted the annual Huer to Harbour Pilchard Run. Participants were invited to dress in shiny clothing to represent pilchards, highlighting the historical importance that fishing has had to the town of Newquay.
At the Harbour there were a number of stalls, activities and food outlets for families to enjoy, whilst a choir sings a variety of sea shanties.
